I chose my new log burner from Flaming Fires as they had a professional approach. Quote, information, what size stove for the setting and looking at any complications, small space, low ceiling, beams etc. They also gave me a full quote including the cost of the stove, flue and final cost. Aiden and Billy who fitted the stove were polite and left my home clean and tidy. Great Job, I would definitely recommend it !!!

Fabulous job from Flaming Fires! We had our previous fire and fireplace over 20 years ago from them when we lived in Hagley, and we have now moved to Pattingham and the Chesney’s fireplace is very elegant in our new Lounge!

We recently had a lovely fireplace installed by the team from Flaming Fires in Wombourne. I have to say that it was a pleasure to deal with such a professional company. From start to finish the whole process was dealt with expertly and in a very friendly manner. Flaming Fires offer a first class service. I had three log burners installed, Chesneys are a little bit more expensive than other makes but you simply get what you pay for. I just wish I had walked into Flaming Fires about 20 years ago instead of only a couple of years ago.

We recently had installed at our new property 2 gas fires and a marble fireplace. We had no hesitation in once again choosing Flaming Fires. From beginning to end we received excellent service. We have just had a new Valor gas fire fitted in our living room. The whole process of choosing the fire and having it fitted was entirely pleasant and painless. A wide choice of fires was available for us to examine, everything was explained carefully and in detail and the fitting was carried out expeditiously with the minimum of disruption and inconvenience. So glad a friend recommended Flaming Fires. From the moment I walked in, Jane and Gurvinder were welcoming. Jane helped me choose the right fire and surround for my existing fireplace and hearth, and Andy visited my house a couple of days later to take measurements, and see what needed doing.
