Whilst writing I would like to say how pleased we are with the work that Luke and Matt have done. Nothing was too much trouble for them, punctual and they have done a truly professional job in helping to transform our room. Not only that but also they kept mess to a minimum and tidied up each day before they left, this doesn't always happen in this day and age.

Fabulous job from Flaming Fires! We had our previous fire and fireplace over 20 years ago from them when we lived in Hagley, and we have now moved to Pattingham and the Chesney's fireplace is very elegant in our new Lounge!
Such professionalism and having had 3 quotes from other retailers, I am delighted I went with Flaming Fires again.

We recently had a lovely fireplace installed by the team from Flaming Fires in Wombourne. I have to say that it was a pleasure to deal with such a professional company. From start to finish the whole process was dealt with expertly and in a very friendly manner. From the initial meeting with Jane we quickly realised that we were in very good hands, Jane gave us guidance on the best type of fire for our property, the different surrounds available (from a huge range) and the installation process. The fitters arrived promptly and made an excellent job of the installation, no fuss, no mess no bother. We were 100% satisfied customers and would have no hesitation recommending Flaming Fires to anyone.

When we came into the shop in February, we were complete novices. The gentleman that spoke to us, gave us such a warm welcome, put us at ease by giving us two stoves which were ideal to ourproperty.Truly love our Mini Wiking. Amazing service from beginning to end. I cannot speak too highly regarding Jane. She and the team have been absolute treasures from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you go anywhere else you will be making a big mistake since from my experience they are the best at what they do.
Flaming Fires offer a first class service. I had three log burners installed, Chesneys are a little bit more expensive than other makes but you simply get what you pay for. I just wish I had walked into Flaming Fires about 20 years ago instead of only a couple of years ago.

We have just had our Chesney Shoreditch 5 supplied by the marvellous people at Flaming Fires and installed by their associated company, Simply Fires. Everything, from choosing the right stove, hearth and beam, the team at Flaming Fires were on hand to guide us through the process without any hard sell or sales patter that you come to expect from some firms these days. It was all about what we wanted!! The fitting was trouble free with the contractors being timely, tidy and very courteous. We really couldn't have asked for better and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a great stove and superb service/after support.
Cannot rate this company high enough. Everything perfect. Fitters worked clean and efficiently and explained everything along the way. Really happy with the finish and once we finish decorating will post a picture. Luke and Matt thank you again for your care and attention.
We recently had installed at our new property 2 gas fires and a marble fireplace. We had no hesitation in once again choosing Flaming Fires. From beginning to end we received excellent service. Jane was willing to spend time with us and to offer very helpful advice. The survey was carried out expertly by Andy. Fitting only took 1 day. Luke and Matt worked extremely hard. They were very professional. Made sure they left everything clean and explained thoroughly about the work they had carried out. We would have no hesitation in recommending Flaming Fires for a professional, friendly service.
From start to finish my experience with Flaming Fires has beeen professional, personal and absolute perfection. From receiving excellent advice on the merits of the different gas stoves, to gaining ideas of the different fireplaces available and finally on to the excellent fitting service offered by Simply Fires, I have not been able to fault Flaming Fires of Wombourne. I am so pleased with my remote controlled Gazco stove set on a bespoke tiledn hearth that I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for first class customer service. I know we're in the middle of a heatwave but I personally can't wait for winter!

We have just had a new Valor gas fire fitted in our living room. The whole process of choosing the fire and having it fitted was entirely pleasant and painless. A wide choice of fires was available for us to examine, everything was explained carefully and in detail and the fitting was carried out expeditiously with the minimum of disruption and inconvenience. We do not anticipate any problems whatsoever but are confident that any glitches that may arise will be dealt with in a similar professional manner.

Can't recommend highly enough. From the initial conversation and the site visit to helping guide us through the (often complicated!) design process to the installation Flaming Fires were brilliant. Fire looks AMAZING. Whole process enjoyed by entire family, especially 5 year old who managed to get hold of the office 'sweetie tin' and didn't actually want to leave!
So glad a friend recommended Flaming Fires. From the moment I walked in, Jane and Gurvinder were welcoming. Jane helped me choose the right fire and surround for my existing fireplace and hearth, and Andy visited my house a couple of days later to take measurements, and see what needed doing. Luke ans Matt were brilliant on the day of fitting, working cleanly and efficiently to install the living flame fire I wanted in just over 2 hours. My lounge will certainly be much cosier this winter! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you all.
